Return & Refund Policy


We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.Upon receiving your order, if you are not completely satisfied with your color choice, please contact customer service within 7 days for a return/refund or replacement.

Return Process

  • When you need a refund, please first contact us, explain the reason and please provide us with the following information:
  1. The original order number
  2. Photographs clearly showing the problem with the item
  3. Details of the requested replacement item: the item number, the name and color
  4. Your shipping address and phone number
  • After receiving the return application, it will be processed within 1-3 working days.
  • The customer will receive a refund or replacement of the vinyl wraps within 1-3 working days after we receive the parcel.
  • Please contact your local post office to confirm the actual return shipping fee. We recommend you use the cheapest registered airmail method that is available.
  • The delivery address will be provided by mail after submitting the application
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


Refund Conditions

  • If you receive the product without quality problems or color difference when you open the package, or because of your personal reasons (such as wrong size filling, wrong color selection), but you still want a refund, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the item, and we will process your refund request, Refunds cannot be requested aller 7 days of receiving the product. Please note that refunds do not include shipping costs to return the product. You need to bear the freight by yourself.
  • Custom orders or personalized items are not eligible for a 7 day refund.
  • When applying for a refund, please ensure that the goods applied for have not been artificially damaged or altered. If the goods are artificially damaged or altered, we will not be able to provide you with a refund service. Please check and retain the original packaging as soon as possible after receiving the goods, in order to better protect the integrity of the goods when necessary.
  • If the return is caused by a consumer, the consumer should bear the shipping costs. The specific fee should be determined based on the courier company you choose.
  • If the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to our reasons, the consumer does not need to bear the shipping costs for this.



We will email you a notification of receipt after we send the return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. The refunds will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1-3 working days after we receive the parcel.

Late Or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account. 
  • Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
